-W2 from your employer

-1099 form (from income)

-last year’s tax return

-retirement contributions (401K or IRA)

-Qualified health plan forms 

-checking account info

-student loan interest statements

-education costs

-gas mileage used/transportation expenses

-mortgage interest expenses

-charitable donations

-cost of looking for a job

-moving expenses

-reinvested dividends

-medicare premiums for self-employed

-child care credit

-estate tax on income 

-refinancing loan points

-jury duty earnings paid  to your employer

-American opportunity credit

-college credit
